No, I am fully virtual and provide online therapy for folks within California.

How do I get to my online therapy appointment? And/or fill out forms?
Here’s the link to my Client Portal.
For back-up/alternate purposes, here’s my doxy.me virtual waiting room.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee.
I’m interested — what now?
Message me or schedule a phone consultation via Zencare (link in footer below).
A consult call is a free, no-commitment, low-stakes way of checking out if we vibe. I usually ask what you’re looking for from therapy/me, how your previous experiences in therapy have been (if applicable), and what your schedule looks like.
You have the opportunity to ask any questions, get me to clarify or elaborate on anything from my website/profile, and chat. These are usually phone calls, but I can likely make it a video call, if you let me know you’d prefer that.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
It’s an estimate of a non-emergency medical bill you can ask a health care provider (like me) for if you don’t have insurance, are paying out of pocket, and/or are requesting insurance reimbursement (i.e. submitting superbills). It’s part of the 2022 No Surprises Act that is supposed to prevent people from getting a giant surprise medical bill.
Please see below for the full, official notice.
Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law (No Surprises Act, 2022) and California law (AB72, 2017), health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance (including clients who pay out-of-pocket and request insurance reimbursement) an estimate of the bill for medical items and services, including for clinical mental health counseling (also called psychotherapy).
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the total estimate cost of clinical mental health counseling (also called psychotherapy) services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many counseling sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of counseling sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than you GFE, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE.
A GFE is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services from me, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified. It does not include any information about what your health plan may cover. This means that the final cost of services may be different than a provided GFE. Please contact your health plan to find out how much, if any, your plan will pay and how much you may have to pay.
A GFE is not intended to serve as a recommendation for treatment or a prediction that you may need to attend a specified number of counseling visits. The number of visits that are appropriate in your case, and the estimated cost for those services, depends on your needs and what you agree to in collaboration with your provider. You are entitled to disagree with any recommendations made to you concerning your treatment and you may discontinue treatment at any time.
